The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a measure of the cost to borrow money stated as a yearly percentage. The APR includes the interest rate and other charges or fees. The rates, terms, and fees were based off of calculations effective August 13, 2019 and are subject to change without notice. Please consult your loan officer for further information. Loan assumptions are based on the following characteristics: $150,000 loan amount, 80% Loan-To-Value (LTV) and assuming borrower has excellent credit (considered to be a credit score of 720 or higher).  [1] Interest rates and payments may increase after consummation. Loan assumption projected monthly payments for the adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) is based off a 30-year term, with an APR of 4.82%. After the adjustable rate period of 5 years ends, the interest rate adjusts annually based on the changes to the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal plus a margin of 0.25%. Projected monthly payment calculations for Year 7 includes a minimum payment of $674/maximum of $989. Projected monthly payment calculations for Yeas 8-30 includes a minimum payment of $674/maximum payment of $1,160. [2] Loan assumption projected monthly payment for a 15-year fixed rate with an APR of 4.856% is $1,090.86.
